using hand carded, hand spun and hand dyed native wool. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn this Navajo blanket you can see the heavy use of orange which was a new aniline dye color in the 1880s and extremely popular with the Navajo weavers.   The purple color was a new color in the early 1880s as a replacement for indigo.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn good condition this weaving has a very
